<Exchanges & Returns>
We will not entertain exchanges any later than a month. If you wish to return/exchange a piece, please send us a mail within 2 weeks of receiving your order,Send to ablewipeecmi@hotmail.com.

Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over 39$, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

<Sale items>
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

<Gifts>
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

<Refund Policy>
In case of damaged/defective products, refunds will be initiated through the same mode as the payment within 10 working days.

<Shipping Information>
Delivery Time
